The STL Regional Youth Employment Coalition (RYEC) is a cross-sector collaborative focused on increased youth employability and growing diverse talent pipelines. This year the coalition is bringing back the Level Up Youth conference in person, which will focus on soft skills training, financial literacy, and increasing young people’s awareness of middle skills career pathways.
The conference includes a keynote address, 4 breakout sessions, a student alumni panel, and will end with a resource fair featuring: businesses, training programs, and non-profit organizations sharing their opportunities with the young adults.
